The Council of Elders

The Council of Elders is pleased to announce that Belkira and Gonnil have both
joined the ranks of CoE. Both have put in a tremendous amount of work for
the Realms in numerous capacities in their time as immortals - heading
Councils, writing code, building, administration, bug fixes and tasks too
numerous to mention. They have truly earned this position.

Adding members to CoE is a rare event, so please congratulate them both when
you see them.
