Punch! Kick! Elemental Supremacy!

Punch and kick now have full messages for hitting and missing. Thanks to Stewart for the idea.

Additionally, punch and kick can now be used to initiate combat.

Elemental Supremacy will now return a message besides Ok. when cast on another. Thanks to Akaster for the bug report.
