Spiral Blast

The fix to allow spiral blast to adept unearthed another existing bug in the spell and fixed that as well. However, we decided the old bug was a nice "feature" for Augurers, so we've fallen back to an older coded version of the spell which should allow it to adept and keep all of the old features. Enjoy.
