Roster

Roster is back, however not completely up to date. I have restored a backup from about a week before the recent crash. It seems there is a bit more manual work involved in updating it than I had imagined.

This means that some members will be in an organisation but will not appear on the roster. I hope to get this fixed, but in the mean time if it bothers you, outcasting and reinducting a member will update their entry.
