Anoint Weapon (again)

There's a minor bug with anoint weapon that will make it only successful when you have a weapon that is already owner tagged. So, until we port the fix (which won't be long), we'll offer Clerics free ownertagging!

As the spell owner tags anyway, there's no difference apart from needing a bit of manual help to get it started.

Just request any immortal level 53+ to help you with the owner tag.

We hope to have the spell working 'as intended' shortly.
