New server coming!

Greetings to all citizens of the Realms of Despair.

We have some good news to share -- we will soon be replacing our old server with one of far greater speed and capacity.

This means that we will be able to move development forward combined with reducing hardware related server latency. (More speed plus more features).

This will also allow us the ability to offer more in the way of play-testing ports, and building ports without impacting the primary MUD port.

The switch-over will require a scheduled period of down time, most likely tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday, April 27th).
