Guilds and Sect Membership

With the changes to Guilds comes another long requested adjustment. It will
now be possible for members of sects to be inducted into Guilds.

Sect leaders may be inducted into a Guild, but may not hold a leadership
position in the Guild, in keeping with the one leader position per player
policy.
