Guild Leadership and Sect Leadership

The Council of Elders has decided that, per HELP LEADERSHIP, each organization
will decide whether it allows an alt of a Sect Leader to be a Leader in a
Guild.

A Guild Leader can, with Guild membership authorization, have an alt that is a
Leader of a Sect as Sects are not considered coded orgs. To further clarify,
a Sect Leader's character may not also be the leader of a Guild.

Should a Sect Leader wish to be a Guild Leader, the leadership of the Sect
would need to pass to one of their alts.
