Clearbuffer becomes Halt

Two days ago on the 12th, the clearbuffer command was implemented. The
initial feedback was great, but a number of suggestions have been received
about improving the command and the message response that it gives when it is
issued.

As of reboot this morning, the clearbuffer command has been given a shorter
alias, "halt", and a more thematic response message. If you issue the halt
command, it does exactly the same thing, but with less typing.

PS> For the next day or so, we will have the "clearbuffer" command also work,
but we will disable that shortly.
