Crashes

Over the last two days we've had four crashes. In one case, it's due to a
difficult to trace dispel magic crash that we are working on. I believe it is
due to overlapping code into an area that was not quite right when the code
was introduced almost a decade ago.

The second case is the sectstat command, which I believe will be a quicker
and slightly easier command to fix. For the time being, that command has
been removed from the game.
We will expect to port both fixes at the same time in the near future.
