Area Description
As the Shattering occurred – the south east corner of the world was consumed with sands. Some areas, formerly well known, were laid waste. The thriving city of New Thalos was buried deep below the sands, with only small traces left behind. Travelers should beware as they travel through the Desert of Despair, as many mysteries still lurk below the deep sands.
