Area Description
A thick wedge of dark leafy trees separate the Forgotten Woods from the daunting peaks of the Southern Mounts and the perils of the marshes and swamps. Laying west of Darkhaven, it is the quickest route from the City of Light to the Blood Sea.
Following the Shattering, some of the Realms’ more timid races, including the gnomes and halflings have taken shelter among the thick green leaves of these somber woods.
