Badlands Temple Updates

  • Rangda’s gremlin has returned to the Realms and will visit any Order’s headquarters once the Order successfully captures the temple, granting a damage roll boost and other beneficial spells. Note that this is not intended as a permanent reward, as the area and activity within it change over time.
  • If a deadly character captures the temple, Rangda’s gremlin will now head to the Umbrageous Ruins.
  • The small gold prize that accumulated for an Order’s donation room was removed. This never worked quite right and was causing some problems.
  • Gold can no longer be used to recruit additional guards.
  • The score tokens that can be seen when looking down from the Demons’ Heads room have been reset and will begin counting anew.
  • Rangda’s health restoring has been slightly decreased.

As a reminder, the locate object spell can be used to see which Order has captured the temple. (c locate shrine) Also, remember that you can check “who deadly” to also see anybody who is currently in a non-safe Badlands room.

For those new to the Badlands Temple, see news 1151 for more information.
