Recent code updates

The Code Council wish to advise as follows:

• The expel command no longer fumbles when casting out link-dead players.
• A gremlin has been meddling with your gold coffers for many years,
  occasionally adding or subtracting a few coins in passing. Thanks to the keen
  eye of Namsar, who reported the issue, the mischief has been undone. Your
  purses are safe once more.
• When donning layers of equipment, it will now display in the correct layer
  order through the garb, equipment, and survey commands. Previously, it was
  organised in the order that you picked up your items.
• Those who ride with a lance in hand may now see their missing slots properly
  accounted for in the garb command.
• When roused from slumber, thou shalt see thy surroundings but once. The echo
  of double-vision has been banished. Thanks to Namsar for reporting this bug.
• Players can now ‘prac all’ at a trainer to practice all of their skills.

A number of other changes have been made but not reported here. If anything
seems amiss, please let an immortal know (or report it using the bug command).
