She is doing her best to keep\n    prices low while still being able to keep up with stock.  However, she warns\n    that availability of the trifle will be limited until after Valentine's Day\n    and appreciates everyone's understanding.  Shirl is also looking to negotiate\n    with Elven farmers for new agreements on the inn purchasing fresh fruit.\n    Speak with her or Tari Annale if interested.\n    \n    Hobbits leaving?\n    \n    It has not yet been confirmed, but rumours of Arwen Kadgeon's return have\n    begun to circulate the Island.  With it, talk of the departure of the Hobbits\n    have the Elves in higher spirits.  While their hairy-footed guests have been\n    of minimal disturbance to the Elves' daily lives, their departure is warmly\n    welcomed.  Future negotiations and alliance with the Hobbits is desired \n    though, once the Hobbits are safely returned to the Burrows. This Pact gives safety and\n    security to both nations. The Mutual Aid is of a defensive nature in that one\n    nation will come to the aid of the other in times of threats and\/or attacks\n    by any third party, whether it be anotehr nation or unknown force.\n    \n    Negotiations are still underway on trade agreements between the two nations.\n    Equitable compensation in terms of goods and products are in discussion.\n     \n    Dateline Northern Trade Route - a Sealed Mine\n    Volstagg, the Catacomb Dweller, was taking a trip to DarkHaven.
