New and upcoming code changes

Deities of clans and orders can now set their own leadership structure without needing to find high-level imms to make the changes.

Upcoming: - a chess module will be tested - group experience will be modified to split experience more generously. Each member will receive roughly half again the experience given by the current split. This will of course be a fluid thing, we'll have to assess it as it goes.
