Chess colors

It's been suggested by several folk that (depending on your client) the chess colors make it difficult sometimes to keep track of pieces. Given the inherent color limitations of a MUD and the differences in the way clients display colors, this is obviously never going to be perfect. The current suggestion involves white and yellow pieces on a red and black board. No, it's not traditional, but it is a bit easier on the eyes. An (albeit fuzzy) example can be seen at:
