|  By royal decree, Duke Luther has commissioned   |
|  artwork depicting "Endless Medieval Enjoyment." |
|  In this, our tenth year of celebration, the     |
|  Realms of Despair means many things to many     |
|  people. Take pride in your community and place  |
|  your marvelous talents before the Realms.       |
|  All original creations will be considered, and  |
|  prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be     |
|  awarded by the Herald Assembly. Winning images  |
|  will also be placed on the Realms of Despair    |
|  website for downloading as desktop wallpaper.   |
|  Images submitted for consideration will not be  |
|  returned and will become the property of RoD.   |
