Darkhaven stores

Be it known that the shopkeepers of Darkhaven have been granted, by favour of the gods, full freedom of retribution against any attacks. With appropriate donations, our shopkeepers will also receive the protection of the city guards. Those caught stealing will be apprehended under our authority and punished for their misdeeds.
