Housing Cleanup

At the next code port, changes will be made to sell houses which belong to autodeleted characters.

If for some reason you have storage in one of these houses, it is a good time to remove all of your belongings from these locations. No transfers of ownership will be made for these houses since we cannot confirm the ownership without the character existing.

This will likely happen within the week.
