Spells and skills

The following changes have been made:
Existing skills/spells
Druids - Boannaich nadur's mana cost reduced from 200 to 75
         Dorn nadur is now castable in aggressive
 
Vampires - Potence can be used in any style and with less lag
 
General - Aid now works in combat
 
Thanks to Fiebin for the druid and vampire ideas and Erin for the aid idea.
 
New skills/spells

Paladins - Righteous Stand - Thanks to Lina for the code.
Augurers - Backlash - Thanks to Lina for the code and Miguel for the idea.
Clerics - Remove curse - This can again be cast by evil clerics.
        - Evil clerics also receive deathsphere.  See nephandis.
Mages - Path of Prowess - Avoid will now give both parry and dodge.
                        - Deflect - Chance to reflect melee attack.
                        - Skirmish - Also adds damroll now.
                   Thanks to Erin for the idea and Lina for new deflect code.
