1. How long have you been on RoD?
I've been on RoD since late 2001.
2. How long ago did you join your org?
I joined the GoC in 2008.
3. How long ago did you become the leader in your org?
I became the leader of the GoC about a year ago.
4. How did you become the leader?
I became leader because we wanted some more activity in the guild, and it
happened fairly shortly after that.
5. How have you changed your org? Or helped to keep it from changing?
I have tried to get new people involved, and have helped it adapt to the
newest Cleric changes. Being able to help out is the best thing I try to do.
6. How have you seen your org change over time?
I have seen its activity slow down a little, but we have some new people
who are amazingly fun and skilled. It's a great family.
7. What would you say is the must fun about being in your org?
The people, the characters, are the most fun.

8. What is the funniest thing that has happened in your org?
The funniest thing.. we often get liquored up and unleash armies of ankle-
biting gnomes into the guild. To chase around angry gnomes when you cant
go where you want can be a blast.
9. Is there anything you miss about not being a leader?
I am a leader, so I don't miss not being a leader? :)
10. Where do you see your org going/doing in the future?
I see us continuing onward, helping out new Clerics and keeping the
guild a welcoming place for anyone who is willing to give it a try. We are
starting to run again, and with the Cleric changes, we are more useful now
than ever!

1. How long have you been on RoD?
Off and on as a deadly since 1998, I made my first peaceful in 2006
2. How long ago did you join your org?
2006 initially, I left on good terms for another great order in early 2008
and reapplied to Ascendere with a friend in Late 2009.
3. How long ago did you become the leader in your org?
I became the fifth leader of Ascendere in May of 2010.
4. How did you become the leader?
Historically each leader of Ascendere has served for approximately three
years. The time came for Foxarius to step down, it was late and I was the only
member online.
5. How have you changed your org? Or helped to keep it from changing?
Ascendere is an order filled with intelligent and mature players,
leadership here is a figurehead position that mostly entails inducts/outcasts
of alts, acting as a contact point for Imms and other org leaders, and
cleaning up the weight in the donations room. Ascendere is a fluid

order that adjusts to the wants and game-play styles of its members. Change
in our order is generally subtle and the result of effort by multiple
members.
6. How have you seen your org change over time?
Our players are older and experienced as a general rule, so real life
often calls them away from the game for one reason or another. Most keep
in contact through Skype, or our forums, and though they take breaks off
they'll usually step in to run or explore the game content added since
they were here last. That being the case our activity is always in flux,
so the Order changes in that regard. Our activities are dependent upon
the number and skill level of the members logging at any given time,
though we always remain a collegial group of players interested more in
the attainment of knowledge and camaraderie than worldly goods.
7. What would you say is the must fun about being in your org?
Easily the members, they're all unique in their own way. We have top
tier questers, explorers, runners, and pkillers at one end of the spectrum
but we also have guys like Arlo.

We have to leave heals on the ground for him because after 10
years playing he still doesn't understand the buy command.
Seeing the unique personalities interact is easily one of
my favorite parts of our Order.
8. What is the funniest thing that has happened in your org?
When I bought my house, I wrote the description in the main room to say
something to the effect of 'You've logged into a strange new area built
especially for the Heroes of the Realms. Do not take the opportunity lightly
because once you leave, you'll never return. Through this area is small the
rewards it holds are items of great power.' Then I put an empty crate in each
of the other rooms and wrote a puzzle like description that suggested if you
said the right phrase or used the right social an item would appear in the
crate. After everything was set up, Ceir loaded Foxarius and trans'd her into
the main room, we also used the gag on Tinildur. It was hilarious to watch
ordertalk and skype as they spent hours exploring "The Hall of Heroes."

10. Where do you see your org going/doing in the future?
We've been one of leading organizations in the game since our inception.
We also continue to play actively even in the leanest of times, I think Asc
will continue to remain on the forefront of exploration and running for
as long as the game stays online. We have a collection of some of the most
talented players to ever play the game, but more than that our membership
is a collection of fun, unique, individuals that enjoy playing together, so
our future is really just a matter of maintaining the good thing we've got
going.

Our applications are always open, though we have a comparatively long
admissions process in an effort to get to truly know applicants and gauge
how well they'll mesh with the membership. Priority is placed on personality,
conduct, and interest/activity level. We can teach a player to run, explore,
and/or quest, so innate qualities such as, drive, loyalty, and a willingness
to learn are commodities we value in an applicant. More information

Cold winter winds blow through the City of Lions, keeping almost everyone
but the guards inside. The clothier of the City was busy making winter wear
for any who would need it, and the Inn and other places that serve food or
drink prepare foods and beverages to warm the soul.Elders throughout the
City are already predicting snow, and lots of it. Travel in and out of the
City may be restricted soon, or so the rumors say.
The Trademistress is busy trying to bring more business to Irae, she has
posted signs all over the Realms they say welcoming traders to the city.
Some shopkeepers have disappeared over time and now you can see her workers
going in and out of the buildings remodeling them and getting them ready
for new owners.

As the Trademistress is hard at work trying to bring more money into the City,
people have stopped looking for a new Marquis to arrive. They have waited for
so long and now with winter coming in quickly they figure there is no way he
will be coming. At least not in this weather. The Chancellor hasn't been seen
recently, and people often speculate if she has gone mad. It probably didn't
help if word had gotten to her of her ex-husband's visit to Irae.
The Thieve's Guild of Irae have been a little too quiet as of late. It may be
because of their new leader, if they really had one. No one was sure. Or if
someone was they were wisely keeping their mouth shut.
OOC: The Order of Sanctus Irae will be holding a competition for members only
in the month of November! There will be prizes! Please look for the note in HQ

it seemed. He threw one because he seen what he thought was a rare and

butterfly! But it turned out just to be a normal, every day butterfly. He threw

Volstagg, the Catacomb Dweller, saw an item on auction that piqued his
interest. A cat grooming machine (tm). Liberating a few coins from his
purse, he was able to make the winning bid for this item. After reading
the instructions on how to use the grooming machine, Volstagg just had to
get a cat and try it out. Not having any cats, he set out on the task of
getting a cat or two. Traveling to Ocean Keep, the machine didn't work
on kittens and the mother cat reacted by rearing up with its claws,
scratching at him in sheer terror as he attempted to insert the cat
the cat grooming machine (tm).
Looking for more cats to experiment with, Volstagg headed to the
High Tower of Sorcery. There, he went to the black, grey, white and
calico cats. The black and grey cats were far too leery and both reacted
by rearing up with their claws, scratching at him in sheer terror as he
attempted to insert the cats into the machine.

Dateline: Areas near Darkhaven
Volstagg, the Catacomb Dweller, was still seeking cats for the cat grooming
machine (tm). He thought that a cat would have cravings and a strong desire
to feel sated by being stuffed. Thus, Volstagg trekked to various inns near
Darkhaven looking for food items a cat would crave. Among the fishmongers,
the cats there were just to stinky to even bother trying the cat grooming
machine (tm) on. While scouring the dumpsters behind other inns, he saw more
of the descendants of the Edel's widdling rats than any cats. Volstagg went
to New Ofcol. Marshall Diana pointed him to the local posting board ot the New
Ofcol Scrawl. Nothing of note there either. Being thristy, he then sought out
Granny Jenkins for some of her "elixir". Granny told of some of her widowed
friends that died and left their entire estates to their favorite cat. Well,
cats have heard those stories too and have spent most of their skulking,
devious little life dreaming about inheriting your money. You know where the
cats go when they disappear for hours at a time? Investment seminars!!

Darkness swept through the Underdark, making the City of Iniquity a place
not many wanted to frequent. Alzeria, Valsharess of the Drow had disappeared
how long ago no one knew for sure. What they did know was something was
happening and the Matrons of the High Houses were not happy. Rumors of the
House of Be'lal being one of the most outspoken reached those on the surface.
The Valsharess' own house was outraged, but no official news has yet to reach
