Adjustments to Skills

We have made adjustments to two skills:

Web of the Ilythiiri is now able to start a fight.

The Ranger skill 'Regeneration' has had an overhaul to make it more effective. It will now utilize mana to heal a ranger over time, even while in combat. Please see help Regeneration for more information. Thanks to TS for the idea and to Belkira for the code.
